This service includes full assistance with remote incorporation. The company can be registered on your behalf based on a notarized and apostilled Power of Attorney, allowing you to establish a company in Georgia without visiting Tbilisi. The remote incorporation process usually takes 7–10 business days after receiving all required documents.
