As the company grows and establishes its own management structure, the beneficial owner may appoint their own directors or shareholders and terminate the nominee service according to the terms of the service agreement.
All nominee services are provided strictly in compliance with Georgian corporate legislation and applicable international compliance standards.

Prior to starting the service, we conduct standard verification procedures of the beneficial owner, business activity, and source of funds. β Reverse Charge VAT registration and company registration with the Georgian Revenue Service – €200 + 18% VAT (one-time fee)
Companies using nominee services must remain compliant with Georgian tax regulations. Monthly declarations are submitted to the RS.ge Revenue Service portal. Accounting and reporting services are agreed in advance depending on the number of transactions and tax documents.
According to the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs (effective January 1, 2022), a nominee director must sign a formal Service Agreement with the company defining the scope of representation and fiduciary obligations.
For compliance reasons, nominee services cannot be provided to anonymous structures or high-risk activities. Each client must successfully complete our KYC and AML verification procedures.
