The nominee company makes monthly declaratioins to RS.ge portal and accounring service is agreed in advance upon number of tax documents and trasactions.
The local nominee director must also sign a Service Agreement between the company and the director to comply with the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs, effective from January 1, 2022.
